Yado-ya Matemate is a guesthouse for rent in Odaimachi, Mie Prefecture, which is a UNESCO Eco Park site with rich natural scenery of mountains and rivers. In addition to a quiet environment where you can refresh yourself, we are proud of the outdoor activities proposed by Verde Odachi Tourism, an outdoor travel company, as well as the farming and forestry experiences we offer. Whether you are a family who wants to spend more time in nature, a work team who wants to enjoy holiday activities to the fullest, or of course, you can use the guesthouse by yourself. The house is rented out as a single building, so you can relax in your own comfortable space for work and play.

The inn Matemate is a five-minute walk from the Miya River, the clearest river in Japan. I am Ayako Noda, the president of Verde Odaitourism, an "outdoor travel agency," and I am also a guide for water activities such as SUP and kayaking, and forest activities such as cycling and trekking.

It is recommended to work indoors as well as outdoors on the spacious deck. Outdoor chairs and desks are available for your use.
Activities at Miya River
We can provide a full outdoor program including activities on the Miya River, mountain climbing, cycling, etc. Various rentals are available, so please feel free to inquire.
Experience Program
We also have experience programs such as making Swedish torches and chopping wood, which are only possible in an area where forestry is the main industry.
