Walking the Pilgrim's Path" Stay at a hot spring resort Workation Plan
3

MODEL PLAN

A work plan based on the concept of "walking the path of pilgrimage.

In the Edo period (1603-1868), the Ise pilgrimage, which is considered to be the origin of travel, was very popular, and the Ise Main Road, which is said to have been one of the most popular roads in the Edo period, runs through Misugi Town. In this plan, you will make sandals and other small items with straw crafts and walk along the Ise Hon Kaido with a storyteller as if you were back in those days. After arriving at the hotel, you will be taken to a farmhouse that has been in the family for generations, where you will do straw work. There, you will listen to a story and make straw sandals and other small items. Afterwards, you will enjoy the hotel's hot spring and meals, and the next day you will take a historical tour of the Ise Main Road. The next day, we will take a tour of the history of the Ise Main Road. Lunch will be optional, and you will be served healthy local cuisine (you can choose from jyukuwari soba, amago, or gibier). This is a plan that allows you to recognize the stories and challenges of the region through a variety of experiences. This plan can be combined with other plans to create a longer stay plan of 3 nights or more.
