MODEL PLAN
Experience nature in a campground surrounded by nature for vacation, conference, and training.
This is a plan that allows you to have a vacation, conference, training, nature experience, and recreation at a campground surrounded by the nature of the sea and mountains away from the city. You can stay in a seaside cottage with a great location right next to the ocean, and we can also prepare a meeting/training room. There is a gymnasium and tennis courts just a 3-minute drive away, which can also be used for sports camps. Dinner is available as an option, either as a barbecue at the campground or as a banquet at the nearby sister hotel, Hotel Kinoza, which serves mainly Japanese food. If you need lunch, we can arrange a packed lunch for you. For groups, we also offer optional nature experiences and recreational competitions in the ocean and mountains. I am Noro, the chief instructor of Sonotaro Auto Camp. The town of Kihoku, where this campground is located, is rich in nature, with one of the clearest and most beautiful oceans and rivers in Japan, mountains where you can stroll along the World Heritage Kumano Kodo, and a star-filled sky at night. Please come and feel nature all around you.

Seaside Cottage (Accommodation)
There are a total of 9 cottages, 8 with a maximum capacity of 5 or 7 people and 1 with a maximum capacity of 10 or 12 people. The cottage type rooms are equipped with bathroom, toilet, 1 door refrigerator, 1 door freezer, air conditioner, hair dryer, and WiFi. The cottages are located right next to the ocean, so you can enjoy your stay while listening to the sound of the waves.
Administration Building 2F Conference Room
There are two rooms that can accommodate 30 people each, and they are fully air-conditioned. WiFi is not available.
Jounohama Fitness Hall (Gymnasium)
The multipurpose space can be used for various sports, music, and group activities. It can also be used as a rainy weather venue for sports camps. Optional

4 Omni courts are available from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Optional
Guided walk along Kumano Kodo
The Kumano Kodo is registered as a World Heritage Site. The Kumano Kodo has been registered as a World Heritage Site, and you can take a walk while listening to a storyteller talk about the history and charm of the ancient road. Optional

The instructor will plan a safe and fun experience with a course and time that suits your needs. Option

There will be transportation from the accommodations to the meeting rooms, gymnasium, tennis courts, etc. There are no amenities provided in the rooms. There are no bathrooms in the campground. All meals, activities, and experience menus are optional. Please consult with us if you would like to have an instructor for community exchange, culture, history, etc. Some experience menus and instructors will be external instructors.
