At Misugi Resort, we take thorough measures to prevent infections so that our guests can enjoy their stay with peace of mind. Acrylic panels and alcohol disinfectant are installed at the front desk to prevent infection, and employees wear masks, take temperatures, and manage their physical conditions. In the buffet restaurant, we have adopted the "New Normal Buffet" concept, and in addition to seating arrangements that ensure social distance, we have applied photocatalytic antibacterial coating to desks, chairs, tongs, and shelves where customers' hands touch the food. In the live kitchen, food prepared on the spot is served to each customer, some dishes are served in small bowls, acrylic covers are installed to prevent droplet infection, and mitungs are available for those who wish to use them. Gloves are also provided to be worn when picking up food so that you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind. In addition, the venue is regularly ventilated, air purifiers are operated 24 hours a day, and carbon dioxide levels are regularly measured to avoid airtightness.
